Driving Sustainable Progress Through Responsible Business
At Riello UPS, we believe that business success and sustainability go hand in hand. As a leading manufacturer of uninterruptible power supplies, we understand our responsibility to operate in a way that delivers long-term value for our customers, employees, communities, and the environment.
Our Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) Reports provide a transparent overview of how we are putting this commitment into practice. They outline the progress we are making, the initiatives we are undertaking, and the standards we hold ourselves accountable to as we work towards a more sustainable future.
Why ESG Matters To Riello UPS
Our philosophy is simple: “Reliable power for a sustainable world”. Sustainability has always been closely linked to what we do. Through innovation, research and development, and energy-efficient technologies, we continually strive to reduce energy consumption and minimise environmental impact while delivering reliable power protection solutions.
Beyond our products, ESG principles influence the way we operate every day. From our commitment to achieving Net Zero emissions and investing in renewable energy, through to promoting biodiversity supporting employee wellbeing, and maintaining internationally recognised management standards, ESG considerations are embedded throughout our business.
Our annual ESG Reports demonstrate how we are translating these commitments into measurable action while identifying opportunities for continual improvement.

Charity Of The Year
Supporting charitable and community causes has long been an important part of life at Riello UPS. Through fundraising events, volunteering opportunities, sponsorships, and community initiatives, our team works together to make a positive difference beyond the workplace.
Each year, we select a dedicated Charity of the Year that becomes the focus of our fundraising efforts. Led by our employee ‘Charity Champions’, colleagues from across the business take part in a variety of activities designed to raise both awareness and vital funds for worthwhile causes. It reflects our commitment to supporting the communities in which we live and work while bringing our teams together around causes that matter to them.
2026 Charity Of The Year – Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI)
Our current chosen cause is the RNLI. Through a programme of fundraising events and activities throughout the year, we aim to help the charity continue its mission of saving lives at sea.
