Data Centre World 2026 ‘Beat The Buzz’ Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. By entering the competition entrants confirm that they have read, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions
2. The promoter of this prize draw is Riello UPS Ltd, Unit 50 Clywedog Road North, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham, LL13 9XN
3. Riello UPS Ltd is offering those who enter this promotion the chance to win a Macbook Air laptop as first prize. Second prize is a Jackery Explorer 500 portable power pack; Third prize is a LEGO Ducati Panigale motorbike.
4. The prize packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available
5. Riello UPS Ltd reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value
6. Entrants must be UK residents and registered attendees at the Data Centre World (DCW) event on 4-5 March 2026.
7. Entrants must complete the ‘Beat The Buzz’ Buzzwire Challenge on Riello UPS Ltd’s stand (D90) with as few touches on the wire as possible. The three prizes will be awarded to the entrants with the three lowest scores at the end of the event.
8. This promotion is not open to entry from any Riello UPS Ltd employees or family members
9. Entry is limited to one per person; multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified
10. Riello UPS Ltd does not accept responsibility for incomplete entries or entries that aren’t received, for whatever reason
11. The competition will run throughout the DCW show, starting at 9am on Wednesday 4 March and ending at 5pm on Thursday 5 March
12. The winners will be notified within five working days by email
13. If the winners cannot be contacted or fail to respond within five working days of this notification, they forfeit the right to the prize, and a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner
14. Please note that delivery time is outside the control of Riello UPS Ltd and the winners should allow for up to 28 days from the date of acceptance for their prize to arrive
15. Riello UPS Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if it believes, at its sole discretion, there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion
16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Riello UPS Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice
17. The name and county of residence of the winner will be made available on request to anyone sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Riello UPS Ltd at the address set out above within 50 days of the closing date of the promotion
18. Riello UPS Ltd’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into
19. This competition is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
