Double Nomination For Electrical Industry’s Excellence Awards
We’ve been shortlisted for both the ‘Power Product of the Year’ and ‘Technical Leader of the Year’ categories at the prestigious 'Excellence Awards'.

Later this month, Riello UPS will be making the trip to London for the third staging of the ‘Excellence Awards’ hosted in partnership by the influential Electrical Review and Data Centre Review magazines.

The Awards aim to “celebrate excellence, best practice, innovations, and technical developments across the electrical and data centre industries”.

And we’ll be attending the gala ceremony on 19 May at Christ Church, Spitalfields, London with high hopes of picking up not one but two prizes.

'Power Product Of The Year' – Multi Power

First up is our modular UPS Multi Power, a series no stranger to winning awards having previously picked up accolades including ‘Data Centre Efficiency Project of the Year’ at the DCS Awards.

Now the range has earned recognition for its expansion with the 15-25 kW power modules and the compact MPX cabinet.

These upgrades make the Multi Power an ideal solution for an even wider range of mission-critical applications.

Judges praised its ‘pay as you grow’ scalability, exceptional efficiency across all load levels, and high power density in a compact footprint.

'Technical Leader Of The Year' – Jason Yates

Jason Yates, Riello UPS’s Technical Services Manager, is also through to the final three of this new category, which aims to reward those who have “demonstrated exceptional technical leadership and exemplify the values of the industry at large”.

With nearly 30 years’ experience in the power protection industry, Jason typifies those criteria perfectly. He is well-known throughout the sector as one of the UK’s most foremost experts in the field of UPS systems.

Jason has designed, delivered, and installed countless low and high-power systems across a diverse range of industries, working with some of the country’s biggest data centres, businesses and organisations in the process.
