Riello UPS Ltd earns recognition from prestigious people management programme.

Riello UPS achieves the Investors in People ‘We invest in people’ standard accreditation after successfully passing a rigorous assessment covering topics such as leadership, trust and company values. 

Investors in People (IIP) was introduced back in 1991 as a government-backed scheme aimed at making work better. It focuses on helping businesses ensure their staff are firmly at the centre of their growth and development. Over the past three decades, the programme has supported 11 million workers in organisations across 75 countries.  

To earn the prestigious accreditation, we took part in a lengthy assessment process that saw several members of the Riello UPS team meet with IIP representatives to discuss job satisfaction, work-life balance and the opportunity to develop new skills. 

Investors in People praised Riello UPS for its strong commitment to developing high-performing teams and providing opportunities for learning and training. Its feedback report also congratulated us on the way we structure staff roles and aim to deliver continuous improvement.

Riello UPS will now work with Investors in People over a three-year programme to build on the standard accreditation and ensure a culture of continuous improvement and putting people first is embedded across the entire business.  

We will aim to work towards achieving further IIP accreditations such as Silver, Gold and Platinum in the years to come.
