Using our in-house remote UPS monitoring system - Telenetguard - the Riello UPS service team can watch over your installation on a 24-7 basis, any where in the world. Alarms can be interrogated and customer dedicated alarm scripts acted upon.
No service excels without commitment and a structured approach to training. All our Technical Energy Consultants (TECs) and service team attend regular courses at the Riello UPS Academy to ensure that they are up to date on our fast moving product range, the latest health and safety practices and our quality management system.
Third Party Service
All our services are suitable for third party products including uninterruptible power supplies and DC standby power systems. Riello UPS Ltd provides a total site maintenance service and guarantee to make power service management easy.
