Dialog Active Uninterruptible Power Supply An Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for the power protection of small to medium sized file servers, keyphone systems, and Point of Sale back office systems.

The Riello UPS Dialog Active UPS range is the ideal solution for computer and telecoms hardware requiring protection from a range of power problems with a sinewave supply, advanced communications capabilities and long runtimes.

Uninterruptible Power Supply - line interactive power protection

The Dialog Active UPS series includes the 500-750-1000-1500-2000VA models and uses digital Line Interactive (VI) technology. The load is powered from the mains through an Automatic Voltage Stabiliser (AVS) to stabilise sags, surges and brownouts, and EMI filters to suppress transients, spikes and electrical noise.

An internal battery provides power protection from wide fluctuations and blackouts. When the mains fails, the load is powered by the inverter with a true SINEWAVE to provide sufficient runtime for computer system shutdown using the PowerShield software supplied as standard. The UPS also incorporates a filtered socket for PC network and telephone line cable protection.

For advanced communication and outstanding performance (including PowerShare and a true sinewave output at all times), Dialog Active is the ideal solution for larger network users requiring total control of their power system.

Extended Runtimes

Extended runtimes up to and over 7 hours (load dependent) are possible by over sizing the UPS or adding (DA 200 2kVA model) battery extension packs with extra chargers where appropriate. Advanced Communication

Multi-platform communication for all operating systems and network environments: PowerShield UPS monitoring and control software included, with SNMP agent, for Windows 95, 98, 2000, 2003, Me, XP, Mac OS X, 9.x, Linux, NT 4.0, Novell operating systems - USB or RS232 serial port (selectable) - equipped with network adapter slot for SNMP agent (DA200 model). A wide range of NetMan SNMP interfaces and MultiCom adapters is available for this UPS.
