Power Solutions Partners - Riello UPS Power Solutions Partners are dedicated power protection resellers who offer the complete Riello UPS product range and a host of pre and post sale services.
Our partners have to meet rigorous assessments to be able to sell and install our products and regularly attend training courses at our UPS Academy. Our partners focus on selling to end users, large organisations and resellers - especially where site surveys and project management are required. In addition several now have e-commerce facilities and can be found on the Riello UPS Ltd e-Store.
Distributors and Value Added Resellers - Riello UPS works with a number of distributors and computer and telecoms resellers as part of our PowerUPS-Tx reseller program. The major resellers can be found on the Riello UPS e-Store.
National sales team - all other enquiries should be routed through our national sales team. They can locate a distributor or reseller for end users, arrange site surveys and project discussions and discuss our PowerUPS-Tx program with new potential distributors and resellers.
Site surveys
Above the 5kVA (Uninterruptible Power Supply - UPS) installation level Riello UPS always recommend a site survey. Here the site generally requires a little more thought about health and safety risk assessments, method statements, logistics and floor loadings, electrical installation, remote monitoring, environment and after care services. Below 5kVA a survey is less usual unless there are specific installation issues e.g. a long runtime battery pack with manual handling and floor loading implications.
A site survey should be considered as an opportunity to discuss the potential installation with a Technical Energy Consultant (TEC) - a professional project and electrical engineer who can help guide you through the selection, specification and installation of the UPS and generator where applicable.

In the UK we provide site surveys through our national sales team and regional power solutions partners. To book your site survey contact us on 0800 269 394. We do not charge provided the site is within reach of one of our team and access is normal working hours. A number of our TEC case studies started off with a site survey.
