The Riello UPS Ltd service organisation covers the UK and Eire.

Riello UPS is a 24-7 operating company. Our service team regularly performs outside hours preventative maintenance and installation work and is supported by a team of standby engineers. Riello UPS are used by many of the leading UK institutions, public bodies, industrial and commercial companies. We simply have to operate 24-7 to meet their requirements and maintain our position as one of the UK's leading power protection service companies. Our service centre uses a sophisticated remote monitoring system called Telenetguard and the latest communications tools and systems. Engineers are available across the country outside hours on standby to respond to Telenetguard alarms or customer requests.

Geographic coverage and network

The Riello UPS service network covers the UK and Eire with engineers based in:

England - Lowestoft, Coventry, Leicester, Liverpool, Luton and Gravesend
Northern Ireland - Strabane
Eire - Dublin
Wales - Wrexham
Scotland - Edinburgh and Glasgow
Channel Islands - Guernsey
All Riello UPS engineers and approved service partners are fully authorised to work on our systems have been trained at our UPS Academy. This protects your warranty or extended warranty plans and means that these engineers have accessed to Riello UPS supplied parts and approved consumables including batteries.

Service Hours

The main service and technical support teams can be contacted during normal working hours:

Monday to Thursday 08.30 to 17.00
Friday 08.30 to 16.00
Emergency Response

Outside working hours maintenance plan holders have a dedicated hotline to call should their power system develop a fault condition. Where their power systems are connected to the Telenetguard remote UPS monitoring software Telenetguard itself will alert the 24-7 team of the need to respond with a customer dedicated script.

Non-contract customers can call the 24-7 out of hours hotline number shown below. If the caller does not have a maintenance plan in place then a minimum call out charge of UK£495 applies plus labour per hour or part thereof at UK£150 per hour plus parts. This may be waived in lieu of the customer taking out a maintenance plan after the visit. This service can also be purchased through our on-line e-Store.
